Let’s touch the Poor and Needy with God’s love

Winter is terrible in North India, especially when they do not have a heating system. Most of the poor and needy who lives in hut, house made out of tin and sacks, have bad winter to warm themselves. Our Mission finds those who are in desperate need and provide a warm blanket for them. The blankets we gave are very good quality and 7X7 feet, a very large size. All those who received were so happy and thank God for His grace and love upon them.

Malka

She lives with her husband and three children. She and her husband work as sweepers. Malka and her husband worked hard to support their family financially. As winter approached, they wanted to buy a new blanket, but they did not have sufficient money for the purchase. We found out that they are in need and our mission gave them warm winter blankets Malka was so happy and she thanked God’s goodness and grace upon her family.

Amarjeet

Amarjeet is an old lady who lives with her husband. They have four children who are married and living separately. None of them cares for this old couple. Adding to that, Amarjeet’s husband is on a sickbed and cannot do any work. She works as a garbage collector to make a living. Due to her low wages, she often faced financial crises. This winter, she wanted to buy a blanket, but she could not afford it. Therefore, seeing her need, we provided her with a good warm blanket. After receiving this gift, Amarjeet and her husband were full of tears and gratefulness, they thank God for visiting their needs.

Seema

She is married and supports herself financially by working as a housemaid. Her husband works as a gardener and daily wage laborer.

During our blanket distribution program, Seema became emotional because no one had ever gifted her anything. Moreover, this winter season she was in need of a blanket, but she could not afford to buy it. Therefore, she was so thankful to God for His grace and mercy upon her. Pray that Seema and her husband will come to know Christ personally.

Meeku

Meeku is a widow with three sons, but all of them left the house after their marriage. Thus, no one was there to care for her and provide for her financial needs and she was left alone. Meeku began doing odd jobs to survive. Her meager income did not help her much to support herself financially. After she received a blanket from us, she was overjoyed. This act of love also convinced her of the need for her salvation. Therefore, Meeku repented from her sins and received Jesus as her personal Savior. She attend our mission church last week.
