Sowing the seed of Christ’s love among the Blind, Beggars, Poor and Needy

Our Missionary Deepak finished our Discipleship Training Program and right after finishing training, he and his wife are serving the Lord among the poor and needy. They work among the blind, street children, beggars, widows, orphans, and most who are in need. As a result, many are coming to know the Lord through the Gospel and the love of Christ. This winter they decided to give warm blankets to those who are desperately in need.

Dhanshayam

A young man named Dhanshayam. Dhanshayam was born blind. His parents died when he was a child. Thus, his uncle brought him up with great difficulties.

We met him during an outreach and shared the Gospel with him. The Word of God touched his heart, and he received Jesus as his personal Savior.

Dhanshayam did not have a regular job. Therefore, seeing their financial needs, we provided him with a blanket. After receiving this gift, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to God for His grace and love upon him. Pray that God enables Dhanshayam to secure a job.

Kanchan

She is an old woman who lives by the roadside in a small tent made of sacks. As the winter began, Kanchan felt it difficult to protect herself from cold. A set of warm clothes that she had was not sufficient to keep her warm. Therefore, we provided her with a warm winter blanket. After receiving this gift, Kanchan was so happy and she thanked God and the Mission for the Lost Ministry.

Mukesh

Mukesh is a middle-aged man with a disability. He does odd jobs to make a living. During one of our outreaches, Mukesh heard the Gospel and he responded positively. Eventually, he repented from his sins and received Jesus as his personal Savior. Due to his meager income, he could not afford to buy warm clothes this winter.

Therefore, he was invited to our gift distribution program and he received a blanket. After he received the gift, Mukesh expressed his gratitude to God for His grace and love upon him. Pray that he will be able to find a permanent job to support his family.

Prayer Concerns:

• Please pray for those who received warm blankets would draw themselves close to Jesus.

• Pray for missionary Deepak and his wife Manjeet that the Lord would bless them with a baby this year. Pray for their health as they serve the Lord among the poor and needy, the Lord would pour out His grace and blessing upon them.

• Pray that the Lord would provide a sponsor for our Missionary Deepak, he is in need of financial assistance.
